Ingredients
15 ounces, weight Canned Tomato Sauce
2/3 cups Brown Sugar
1/2 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
1/4 cup Dark Molasses
2 Tablespoons Dijon Mustard
1 teaspoon Liquid Smoke
1/2 teaspoon Onion Powder
1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1/2 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
Instructions
Dump all ingredients into a medium sauce pot and set over medium heat. Stir and bring to a simmer. Simmer for 10 –12 minutes to reduce, then remove from heat. Taste, then salt and pepper as needed.
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator until ready to use. Will keep up to 3 weeks.
