Side Dish: Vegetable Medley
An easy vegetable medley with mushrooms, zucchini and squash.
Ingredients
1/2 tbsp butter
1 cup pieces or slices mushrooms
1 cup sliced yellow squash
1 cup sliced zucchini
1/2 cup water
Instructions
1. Cut up vegetables in your preferred style.
2. Add water and butter to sauce pan with vegetables.
3. Let cook until soft.
