Appetizer: Creamy Crab Stuffed Mushrooms

A wonderful tasty appetizer.

Ingredients

2 oz crab meat
1 tbsp reduced fat grated parmesan cheese
1 wedge light Swiss cream cheese
1 tbsp nonfat cream cheese
1 tbsp sour cream
2 tbsps celery
12 medium mushrooms
2 tbsps red bell pepper

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 375 °F (190 °C).

2. Wipe mushrooms clean and pat dry. Place on a cookie sheet sprayed with non-stick spray round side down.

3. In small dish combine all other ingredients and spoon mixture into mushroom caps.

4. Place in oven for 10-12 minutes until hot and bubbly.
