Ingredients
1 1/2 cups shredded swiss cheese
3 fl oz heavy cream
3 medium eggs
5 oz egg beaters
1 package chopped spinach
Instructions
1. Combine all ingredients, mix well and pour into quiche baking dish.
2. Bake for 30 minutes at 350° F (175° C).
