Lunch: Watermelon Slushie
We combined antioxidant-rich pomegranate juice with fresh watermelon and ice to create this ruby-red summer slushie.
Ingredients
2 c. (1-inch pieces) seedless watermelon
1/2 c. pomegranate juice
1/2 c. ice cubes
Instructions
In blender, combine watermelon, pomegranate juice, and ice cubes. Blend until smooth. Pour into tall glass.
