Dinner: Buckwheat with Stewed Pork

Stewed pork tenderloin with buckwheat, onion and carrots.

Total Time: 95 mins

Ingredients

500 g pork tenderloin
1 tbsp olive oil
1 medium carrot
1 large onion
3 cups water
250 g buckwheat

Instructions

1. Fry onion.

2. Stew pork with onion and carrots. 40 minutes will be enough.

3. Add 1 cup of buckwheat and 3 cups of water, cap and stew for 30 minutes more on small heat
