Appetizer: Shrimp Stuffed Mushrooms
A very quick, easy and delicious low fat recipe.
Ingredients
2 tbsps parmesan cheese
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp olive oil
1/2 tbsp worcestershire sauce
1 clove garlic
6 medium mushrooms
4 medium shrimp
Instructions
1. Pre-heat oven to 350 °F (175 °C). Clean mushrooms and remove stem. Place on baking sheet bottom up.
2. Shell and devein shrimp. Wash and pat dry.
3. Chop shrimp finely, along with garlic.
4. Sprinkle shrimp and garlic mixture with paprika.
5. Add olive oil to a pan over medium heat.
6. When oil is hot add shrimp and garlic mixture.
7. Cook until shrimp is cooked thoroughly. Should only take a few minutes.
8. Stuff mushrooms with shrimp mixture. Top with just a sprinkle of parmesan cheese and bake until cheese is melted.
