Lunch: Easy Lasagna Skillet

Ingredients

1 lb. lean ground beef
1/2 c. chopped green peppers
1/2 c. chopped red peppers
1 jar spaghetti sauce
2 1/2 c. water
12 lasagna noodles
1 tub PHILADELPHIA Tomato and Basil Cooking Crème

Instructions

Brown meat with peppers in deep large nonstick skillet; drain.
Stir in sauce and water. Bring to boil. Stir in noodles; cover. Simmer on medium-low heat 18 to 20 minutes, or until noodles are tender, stirring occasionally.
Add cooking creme; swirl with spoon. Remove from heat. Let stand, covered, 3 minutes. Nutrition Information per Serving: 20%DV vitamin A, 30%DV vitamin C, 8%DV calcium, 15%DV iron.
