Ingredients

1/3 cup honey
1 tbsp yogurt spread
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 large egg
1/2 cup milk
1/3 tsp salt
1 small banana
1 cup whole grain wheat flour

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 400° F (200° C).

2. Grease bottoms of muffin tins or use paper liners.

3. Add all ingredients and mix well.

4. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
