Lunch: Baked Brie with Sundried Tomatoes and Thyme

Recipe by Lindsay Funston Give this gooey French favorite an Italian spin with thyme and sundried tomatoes.

Ingredients

4 oz. oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes
1 package fresh thyme (about 2 tbsp. leaves)
1 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
1 7-oz. wheel brie

Instructions

Combine sun-dried tomatoes, fresh thyme, and oil in small bowl and top on brie. Bake at 350 degrees F until soft and starting to ooze, 10 minutes.
