Many varieties of cooked white beans are available canned, among them cannellini (which is what we used), butter, and navy beans — any of these are suitable for this dip.

Ingredients
2 can white beans
2 clove garlic
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/3 c. olive oil
1 tbsp. chopped fresh basil leaves
Instructions
Blend or process beans, garlic, juice, and oil until almost smooth.
Sprinkle dip with basil. Nutritional information is based on 1 tablespoon
