Tuna is great for a high protein diet as it has 33 grams of protein within its housing, with no pesky carbohydrates to worry about. In addition to this, tuna contains B vitamins and vitamin D, both of which are vital to fighting back against PCOS.

Ingredients

8 oz cream of mushroom soup
1 cup green peas
1/2 cup water
1 can tuna fish
1/3 cup bread crumbs
1 cup whole wheat egg noodles

Instructions

1. Cook noodles according to package directions, set aside.

2. Combine soup, water, tuna and peas. Add noodles to mixture. Mix well.

3. Place mixture in casserole dish. Sprinkle breadcrumbs on top.

4. Bake at 350 °F (175 °C) for 30 minutes.
