Lunch: Croutons

Fried and seasoned croutons are a great way to use stale bread.

Ingredients

1 loaf French bread, cubed
peanut oil, for frying
dash parsely, dried
dash Parmesan cheese
dash Paula Deen's House Seasoning

Instructions

Allow bread cubes to sit overnight to become stale.
Heat oil to 350 degrees. Add bread cubes and fry, stirring constantly. Remove and drain on a paper towel. Season and serve with your favorite soup.
