Beverage: Berry Banana Smoothie

A fruity beverage to tie you over till mealtime or to refresh yourself after a workout.

Ingredients

29 g whey protein powder
1 cup vanilla yogurt, low fat
1 cup skim milk
1/2 medium banana, sliced
1/2 cup mixed berries, frozen
1 tsp ground flaxseed

Instructions

1. Combine all ingredients into blender. Blend well.

2. Makes two servings to share with a friend or refrigerate for later.
