Snack: Easy Chicken Potstickers with Soy Dipping Sauce

Ingredients
1/2 cup low sodium soy sauce
2 Tablespoons water
1 teaspoon seasoned rice wine vinegar
1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
1 Tablespoon sugar
Crushed red pepper flakes, to taste (optional)
Instructions
In a medium bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, water, rice wine vinegar, sesame oil, sugar and crushed red pepper flakes (optional). Set the sauce aside.
