Ingredients
1 dash pepper
1/4 tsp or 1 packet mustard
2 oz light tuna
1 slice wheat bread
1 slice fat free american cheese
Instructions
1. Use a small amount of yellow mustard to cover the bread.
2. Ad light tuna in water to cover the mustard.
3. Place slice of cheese over tuna.
4. Sprinkle with black pepper.
5. Toast in the toaster - this is an "open face" sandwhich, so only 1 piece of bread is used.
