Dinner: Spanish Pork Chops with Rice
Yummy and easy to prepare pork chops.
Ingredients
1 lb pork chops, 1/2" thick
10 oz tomatoes with green chilis
3/4 cup water
1/2 cup rice
Instructions
1. Combine rice, water, and tomatoes (like Ro-Tel).
2. Place pork chops in baking dish.
3. Pour rice mixture over chops.
4. Cover with foil and bake at 400 °F (200 °C) for 1 hour.
