Dessert: Chocolate Strawberry Banana Smoothie

A yummy way to get in dairy and fruit . Good for those who can't seem to eat breakfast.

Ingredients

1 cup strawberry light yogurt
1 medium banana
1 2 tbsp serving chocolate syrup
1 cup ice
2 packets Splenda
4 fl oz fat free milk

Instructions

1. Slice the banana.

2. Put all ingredients into a blender. (Use fat free chocolate syrup if available).

3. Blend until ice is crushed.

4. Adjust milk amount as needed.
