Lunch: Fruit Butter
A homemade fruit spread that's great with bread or biscuits.
Ingredients
1 cup sugar
1 cup water
2 cups fruit, (fresh, frozen or dried)
Instructions
Boil sugar and water together to make a simple syrup. Add your favorite fruit and cook until desired thickness, 30 minutes to 1 hour. Makes 2 cups.
