Snack: Cheesy Beer Dip
Beer and cheese, a dip made in Oktoberfest heaven.
Ingredients
2 packages cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup beer
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon cayenne
2 cups sharp cheddar, shredded
Instructions
In a medium bowl, add the cream cheese, beer, salt, pepper, onion powder, cayenne and cheddar. Mix to combine. Serve with warm pretzels!
