Side Dish: Green Beans with Mushrooms and Balsamic Vinegar

Ingredients

1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
16 oz green beans, trimmed
8 oz mushrooms

Instructions

1. Cook green beans in a saucepan of salted boiling water until crisp-tender, about 4 mins. Drain.

2. Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Add mushrooms and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.

3. Add green beans and vinegar, season to taste with salt and pepper.

4. Toss to combine and serve warm.
