Dessert: Lucy Waverman's White Chocolate Rocky Road

Recipe by Lucy Waverman Indulge in one of Lucy Waverman's favorite desserts.

Ingredients

1 lb. white chocolate
8 oz. mini marshmellows
1 c. unsalted almonds
2 oz. bittersweet chocolate

Instructions

Melt white chocolate in a heavy pot on low heat stirring occasionally. Remove from heatand stir occasionally until cool.
Stir in mini marshmallows and unsalted almonds. The chocolate should becool enough that the marshmallows do not melt. Spread onto a parchment paper-lined cookiesheet. Refrigerate until firm, about 4 hours. Cut into pieces and store in airtight tin.
