Breakfast: Cream of Wheat Waffles
Delicious pancake or waffle batter for breakfast.
Ingredients
1 cup farina
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
3/4 cup fat free skim milk
1 large egg
Instructions
1. Mix well and let sit for 10 minutes.
2. Drop pancakes by tablespoons into a hot pan greased with cooking spray.
3. Alternatively, you can make waffles using a regular waffle iron. Be sure to spray well with cooking spray here too.
