Tuna is great for a high protein diet as it has 33 grams of protein within its housing, with no pesky carbohydrates to worry about. In addition to this, tuna contains B vitamins and vitamin D, both of which are vital to fighting back against PCOS. Fresh spinach is an excellent source of vitamin K, vitamin A, vitamin C, and vitamin B6, all of which have significant roles in reducing inflammation in the body, all of which help in the case of infertility.

Ingredients

0.12 tsp pepper
1/4 cup chopped onions
2/3 cup frozen peas, thawed
4 cups spinach
2 cans tuna
2 cups bow tie pasta
2/3 cup fat free salad dressing

Instructions

1. Cook pasta until tender, about 10-12 minutes. Drain pasta thoroughly and rinse under cold water.

2. In a large bowl, combine pasta, tuna, onions, peas, salad dressing and pepper. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

3. To serve, place one cup of spinach on individual plates. Top each serving with 1/4 cup tuna salad and serve immediately.

4. Tip: to make a complete and colorful meal, serve this tuna salad with a blend of cubed cantaloupe, red grapes and strawberry halves. For variety top the salad with fresh dill or chives.
