Ingredients
4 avocados, pitted
Juice of 1 lime
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 c. mini mozzarella balls, cut in half
1/4 c. cherry tomatoes, sliced
kosher salt
Basil, for garnish
Instructions
In a large bowl, mash avocados until smooth but still slightly chunky. Stir in lime juice, garlic, mozzarella, and tomatoes and season with salt. Top with torn basil.
