Fresh spinach is an excellent source of vitamin K, vitamin A, vitamin C, and vitamin B6, all of which have significant roles in reducing inflammation in the body, all of which help in the case of infertility.

Ingredients

nonstick cooking spray
14-ounce can quartered artichoke hearts, drained and coarsely chopped
10-ounce package frozen chopped spinach, thawed but not drained
½ cup diced onion
2 medium garlic cloves, minced
1 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
½ cup light mayonnaise
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

Coat a 3 ½- to 4-quart slow cooker with cooking spray. 
Combine the artichokes, spinach and its liquid, onions, garlic, and oregano in the slow cooker.
Cover and cook on high for 1 ½ hours or on low for 2 ½ - 3 hours. 
Stir in the remaining ingredients.
