2 cups whole-milk plain Greek yogurt
1 cup chopped fresh mint
1 tablespoon (or more) fresh lemon juice

Mix garlic, yogurt, mint, and lemon juice in a medium bowl. Season with salt, pepper, and more lemon juice, if desired.
