Ingredients

16 oz boneless chicken breast
1/4 cup sugar
1 cup soy sauce
2 tbsps sesame oil
1/4 cup water
2 tbsp green onions
1 small onion, chopped
2 tbsp sesame seeds
3 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

1. Mix all ingredients in a baggie except the chicken breasts.

2. Shake and mix all the dressing and then add chicken breasts.

3. Let marinate in refrigerator for at least 3 hours.

4. Cook for about 40 minutes in 350 °F (175 °C) oven until chicken is golden and sticky.
