Roast Chicken Pieces
8 oz. peeled baby carrots
8 oz. shallots
1 large fennel bulb
2 tbsp. fennel seeds

Instructions

Prepare Roast Chicken Pieces as in steps 1 through 3, but add carrots, shallots, fennel wedges, and fennel seeds to pan with chicken before roasting.
