Dessert: Frozen Cherries with White Chocolate Sauce

Ingredients

1/2 cup heavy cream
1 tablespoon kirsch
1 cup white chocolate chips
2 cups frozen cherries
1/4 cup sliced almonds
4 sprigs fresh mint, for garnish

Instructions

Bring the cream to a boil in a small saucepan. Pour over the chocolate chips and whisk until the chocolate melts. Add the kirsch and mix well. Divide the cherries among 4 plates and drizzle the warm sauce over the top. Sprinkle on the sliced almonds and decorate the plates with a spring of mint
