Ingredients

8 oz cooked crabmeat
2 cups fresh bread crumbs
2/3 cup mayonnaise, fat free
1 large egg
1/3 cup chopped celery
1/3 cup chopped green pepper
1 tbsp seafood seasoning
1 tbsp parsley
1 lemon yields lemon juice
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 cup dried bread crumbs

Instructions

1. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients.

2. Shape into 8 patties.

3. Broil for 5 minutes each side or until golden brown.

4. Note: a great recipe for Weight Watchers.
