Lunch: Leftover Stuffing Waffles

Use your waffle maker like you never have before with this mashup of two of our favorite foods.

Ingredients

4 c. leftover stuffing
1 large egg, beaten
1/4 c. chicken broth
Maple syrup, for serving

Instructions

Heat waffle iron. In large bowl, mix together stuffing, egg, and chicken broth.
Add stuffing mixture to waffle iron in batches and cook until golden and crispy, about 5 minutes.
Serve drizzled with maple syrup.
