Lunch: MIRACLE WHIP Grilled Corn (Elotes)

Elote, or Mexican corn on the cob, makes the perfect addition to any barbecue. These sweet and spicy ears of corn are topped with cheese and parsley for the perfect grilled side dish.

Ingredients

4 ear Corn on the cob
2 tsp. olive oil
1/4 c. MIRACLE WHIP Dressing
1/4 tsp. chili powder
1 clove garlic
2 tbsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
2 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
1 lime

Instructions

Heat grill to medium heat.
Brush corn with oil. Grill over medium-high heat for 8 minutes, or until tender and golden brown, turning occasionally.
Mix dressing, chili powder, and garlic until blended; spread mixture onto corn. Sprinkle with cheese and parsley. Serve with lime wedges.
