Ingredients
1/2 c. Cocktail Ketchup
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. cider vinegar
2 tbsp. Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp. kosher salt
1/2 tsp. Freshly ground black pepper
1 lb. shells pasta, cooked
4 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped
1/4 c. chopped parsley
1/4 c. Chopped red onion
Instructions
Whisk Cocktail Ketchup, mayonnaise, cider vinegar, Dijon, salt, and pepper.
Toss with cooked pasta, eggs, celery, parsley, and red onion.
