Ingredients
1 c. vodka
1/3 c. black peppercorns
4 cherry tomatoes, cut into halves
1/2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tbsp. simple syrup
pinch of salt
Instructions
In mason jar, combine vodka and black peppercorns; shake well. Cover and refrigerate overnight or up to 2 days. Strain and discard peppercorns.
In cocktail shaker, combine cherry tomatoes, lemon juice, simple syrup, and salt. With muddler or handle of wooden spoon, muddle well. Add 2 oz black pepper vodka and ice. Shake vigorously. Strain into cocktail glass.
