Drink: Spicy Jicama Fiesta

Ingredients

1-inch slice of ginger
1 jicama, cut into slices
1 pear, cut into slices
1/2 large daikon radish, cut into lengthwise pieces, or 4 radishes with tops

Instructions

Juice the ginger, followed by the jicama, pear, and radish.
