2 medium ripe avocados
1/3 cup diced red onion
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
2 Tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
Chips or assorted crudité for serving
Instructions
