Lunch: Really Easy Waffles
Ingredients
2 c. all-purpose flour
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. butter or margarine
Instructions
Heat waffle iron. Stir together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in medium bowl. Lightly beat eggs and milk; stir into flour along with butter.
Cook waffles according to manufacturer's directions.
