Lunch: Easy Minestrone with Meatballs

Need a hearty warmer-upper? This easy one-pot soup made using canned minestrone, hash-brown potatoes and cooked Italian-style meatballs is ready in just 20 minutes!

Ingredients

2 cans (19 oz each) ready-to-serve minestrone soup
12 frozen cooked Italian-style meatballs, slightly thawed
1/2 cup frozen southern-style hash-brown potatoes (from 32-oz package)

Instructions

In 2-quart saucepan, heat all ingredients except cheese to boiling over medium-high heat. Reduce heat to low; simmer 10 minutes or until slightly thickened and meatballs are hot, stirring occasionally.
To serve, ladle soup into individual bowls.
