Ingredients

1 avocado
1/4 tsp. salt
1 small clove of garlic
Juice of 1 lime

Instructions

Mash the insides of the avocado with the salt, garlic, and lime juice.
If you like, add diced onion, chopped tomato or cilantro, or cayenne pepper to taste.
Wrap and refrigerate leftovers immediately, or they'll turn brown.
