Ganache can be made with milk, dark, or white chocolate.
Ingredients
1/2 c. cream
12 1/2 oz. white chocolate
Instructions
Bring cream to a boil in a small saucepan; remove from heat. When bubbles subside, add chocolate; stir until smooth.
