Lunch: Pork Patties Recipe

Ingredients

1 pound lean ground pork
2 tablespoons water
1-1/2 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon dried sage
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
Pinch of ground ginger

Instructions

In a bowl, combine all of the ingredients; mix well. Shape into six patties. Fry in a skillet until meat is browned and cooked through.
