Lunch: Herb and Mustard Turkey with Green Onion Gravy

Ingredients

3/4 cup (1 1/2 sticks) unsalted butter, room temperature
1/3 cup finely chopped green onion tops
1/3 cup finely chopped fresh Italian parsley
2 tablespoons chopped fresh thyme
1 1/2 tablespoons chopped fresh sage
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 1/4 teaspoons coarsely ground black pepper

Instructions

Whisk all ingredients in medium bowl. DO AHEAD: Can be made 2 days ahead. Cover and chill. Bring to room temperature before using.
