Lunch: Low Country Pousse-Rapière

Each sip of this unique bubbly cocktail is a delight.

Ingredients

1/4 c. Brandied Plum syrup
1 whole Brandied Plum
1 bottle dry sparkling white wine, such as Prosecco

Instructions

Pour 1 tablespoon plum syrup into each of 4 champagne flutes or wineglasses and add a wedge or two of Brandied Plum. Top off with sparkling wine and serve.
