Vodka beats gin in this spin on a classic.
Ingredients
2 oz. vodka, preferably Grey Goose
1 oz. fresh lime juice
3/4 simple syrup
Lime wedge, for serving
Instructions
Shake vodka, lime juice, and simple syrup. Pour over a coupe and garnish with lime wedge.
