Ingredients

1 tablespoon olive oil
4 cups chopped Lacinato kale
1 cup sliced radicchio
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon sugar
1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper

Instructions

Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add olive oil; swirl. Add kale, radicchio, and minced garlic; sauté 2 minutes. Stir in vinegar, salt, sugar, and crushed red pepper.
