Lemons can help to prevent oxidative damage to the body, which women with PCOS are often susceptible to.

Ingredients

1 lb lump crab meat
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup onions, chopped
1/3 cup sweet red peppers, chopped
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
1 large egg
1 1/2 tsps yellow mustard
1/2 cup blanched almond flour
1/2 tbsp garlic powder
1/2 tbsp red or cayenne pepper

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 400 °F (205 °C) and place parchment paper on baking pan well oiled (avocado or coconut oil).

2. Whisk egg and mix all ingredients, using 1/3 cup of the flour (save the rest for dusting).

3. Form into patties. Place on baking pan, drizzle with more oil or dot with butter.

4. Cook 20-25 minutes till brown. Enjoy.

5. Note: use homemade paleo mayonnaise.
