Ingredients
3/4 cup chopped zucchini
3/4 cup slices squash
1 cup pieces or slices mushrooms
2 small whole roma tomato
2 tsp minced garlic
1/2 tsp ground basil
1 tsp ground oregano
2 tsps balsamic vinegar
2 fl oz water
Instructions
1. Cut vegetables into small bite size pieces.
2. Spray pan with cooking spray like Pam. Sauté minced garlic for 30 seconds or so.
3. Add vegetables, water and balsamic vinegar and cover pan with lid and steam for 5-10 minutes until done.
