Lunch: S'mores Fondue
Recipe by Lindsay Funston Mixed with heavy cream, marshmallow cream, and chocolate, this warm, melty dessert is the best.
Ingredients
24 oz. milk chocolate
1 1/2 c. marshmallow creme
1/3 c. heavy cream
2 c. mini marshmallows
1/4 c. crumbled graham crackers
Graham crackers, strawberries, or jumbo marshmallows for dipping
Instructions
In a small saucepan over low heat, combine chocolate, marshmallow creme, and heavy cream. Let melt, then stir until creamy.
Heat broiler. Place mini marshmallows on a sheet pan and broil until golden, then add half to saucepan.
Top with crumbled graham crackers and remaining mini marshmallows and serve.
