Dessert: Raspberry Cheesecake Squares

These low carb cheesecake squares are very good.

Prep Time: 30 mins

Cook Time: 120 mins

Total Time: 150 mins

Ingredients

1 package raspberry gelatin, sugar free
1 cup boiling water
2 3/4 packages, small cream cheese

Instructions

1. Sprinkle gelatin into boiling water.

2. Stir until well dissolved.

3. In bowl, beat cream cheese until very creamy.

4. With mixer running, add geltin,1/4 cup at a time.

5. Mix until thoroughly combined.

6. Pour into 8x8" pan, refrigerate until firm, about 2 hours.

7. Cut into squares and serve.
